Imprints vary slightly; issue 7 reads: Printed for Francis Leach and Francis Coles; later issues sometimes reverse the order of their names and alter spelling.
Other newsbooks using a title beginning: A continuation of certaine speciall and remarkable passages ..., during Oct.-Nov. 1642, were imitations of this newsbook; the longest-lasting of these was the competing title published by Walter Cook and Robert Wood.
There is a counterfeit issue of no. 43, With the title: A continuation of certaine remarkable passages informed to both Houses of Parliament, bearing the imprint: London : printed for F. Lich. and Frances Coll. in the old baylie, 1643.
This record subsumes all editions (including counterfeits and rival editions, etc.) of individual issues of this title, as recorded by Nelson & Seccombe.
Enumeration begins with No. 4, which continues unnumbered issues of preceding title.
