By Philalethes. London : printed, and sold by the booksellers of London and Westminster, MDCCVIII [1708].
- Charles Leslie, a Tory and Jacobite sympathizer, wrote this and its preceding and succeeding titles in response to the Whig papers: John Tutchin's Observator and Daniel Defoe's, Review of the affairs of France. His Jacobite views led him into exile in 1710.
- Ten issues at least known to be in two editions, the second of which has the same title as that of the succeeding title, 'Rehearsal': no. 2, 4, 7, 10, 12-13, 16, 28 (with the date corrected to "1704/5").
- Numbering continues from preceding title.
- Issue dating for no. 28 given as Feb. 3d, "1703", in error for 1705.
