She will guide learners through identifying ways traumas can affect the ways we respond to situations and how we can navigate situations that trigger a stress response, including ways to proactively mitigate triggers, ways to calm our nervous systems, build metacognition, increase cognitive flexibility, reframe challenging situations, boost our resilience, and manage lingering emotions. She also discusses ways to know how and when to disclose past traumas at work and how to become a more trauma-informed colleague.
