Summary:
This book, which is also intended as "hoja de sala" (a sheet with information use in exhibitons, portable inside the exhibition room), comprising a selection of works from the ESPAC Collection. More than a discursive or thematic articulation, the project focuses on dismantling the methodologies of study and exhibition of a collection based on an experimental approach to curatorial work and a reading of the pieces. The proposal highlights the singularities of each of them through a plurality of voices, made up of texts by Fabiola Iza, Esteban King, Adriana Melchor, Fernanda Ramos, Andrés Valtierra and Andrea Cuevas. Starting from the diversity of writings, this exercise seeks new ways to explore possible reading methodologies and, therefore, to produce new narratives within art.
