Héctor Cantú Ojeda (Santa Catarina, Nuevo León, 1948) is a very prominent artist in the technique of watercolor and has been a promoter of this discipline for almost 50 years. The exhibition was carried out within the framework of the 25th Anniversary of CONARTE, the 30th Anniversary of the Pinacoteca de Nuevo León and within the 2020 Summer School of the U.A.N.L.
