Members of the military discuss the unnecessary difficulties they have faced in attempting to have their applications approved. Includes interviews with Army JAG Major Heather Tregle, Army JAG Major Brandon Jones, Air Force Major Carson Sprott, Marine Charles Olson, and Army JAG Lieutenant Colonel Jonathan Hirsch, all military lawyers who accrued law school debt and had issues with public service loan forgiveness; and Seth Frotman, who heads an advocacy group called the Student Borrower Protection Center.
