- Ball Up! is a documentary feature film about the "altinha", a beach sport originally from Rio de Janeiro, today very popular on the sands of Brazil. It is a game played in a circle, and the goal is to keep the ball in the air for as long as possible without using the hands. The documentary dives into the Maracanã of "altinha", the beach of Ipanema. "Altinha" is the authentic expression of the "carioca" beach culture.
