- The Science and Mathematics International Conference (SMIC) is a flagship biannual event organized by the Faculty of Mathematics and Sciences, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, Indonesia with its inception in 2018. The conference particularly encouraged the interaction of academics, scientists, students, practitioners, industries, and representatives of all parties to interact and develop academics with the more established community in an informal setting. The participants presented and discussed new and current work and would be able to build bridges. The main conference topic was post-pandemic trends of research and education in mathematics and sciences.
