- Summary:
- Medical treatise describing illnesses, cures, and medicines. Its prologue refers to an epidemic in the city of Taxila (in modern Pakistan), ended by the power of a hermit who reveals the knowlege of healing. Illustrations of skin illnesses and medical diagrams of human figures on the verso (Peera Panarut).

- Written in 6 lines per leaf.
- Probably written in the late 19th century (before the death of former owner James B. Thompson).
- Folios grey, with black ink; folded concertina- or accordion-style, including covers.
- Covers with a border formed of additional layers of heavy paper.
