- Community revitalization is a contemporary topic of interest, especially for locations impacted by such concerns as high unemployment, low educational attainment, and declining economic opportunities. This case features the efforts of community organizations in Richmond, California, who worked together with residents to respond to such challenges in the Nystrom neighborhood.
