- Summary:
- We provide an account of how a qualitative case study was generated on non-unionized workers pursuing collective employment rights in the workplace. The case considers the essentially delicate and uncertain nature of research access and evidence generation. How these issues were addressed in mitigating harm to the overall reliability and validity of the study is detailed. Finally, we provide a reflection on the ethical dilemmas presented to case study researchers.
