- The present book represents the first volume of five and consists of eight chapters written by different authors on topics related to the first century of the apparitions (16th century) of the Virgin of Guadalupe to San Juan Diego Cuauhtlatoatzin in 1531. Among the authors of the book are the archaeologist Eduardo Merlo Juárez, cultural advisor of the Museo UPAEP and Mons. Salvador Martínez, Rector of the Basilica of Guadalupe amongst other collaborators of the Centro de Estudios Guadalupanos de la UPAEP.
