- Layout: Written in two columns of 22 lines, ruled in drypoint and pricked inside the original gutter, both on verso; verso flesh-side.
- Origin: Written in Ashkenaz, likely Germany, likely as a double-columned Pentateuch codex.
- Script: Written in an Ashkenazic medieval square script; vocalized and cantillated in a later hand, as well as flagged divisions ("לוי" flagging את דברי בלק between XXII:7-8, and כ flagging 21-22, אתו תעשה, written in a medieval Ashkenazic semicursive script).
- Item cut with text loss inside one column (originally the inner column of the codex folio).
