- Manuscript log and diary of a cabalist practicing geomancy, recording the names (and parents) of those consulting him, what each were seeking, and each with an illustration of the geomantic figures and positions associated with the specific name; issues for those seeking the cabalist included seeking direction with relationships (for example, ""מלכא ינטא ב' חיה פיגא, שתוכל לשכוח אותו ושלא תסב עול בגללם (a case of heartbreak; f. 10v)) or seeking cures for illnesses (for example, "מנחם ן' שרה גיל ל"ב שיש לו כאב בשר מת לפי הרופאים לצד ימין מהכליות ..." (f. 9v). Written in a North African square script between geomantic figures and other related square figures (possibly as commentary); item possibly originated in Tel Aviv, Israel (references to Tel Aviv in the manuscript, including (f. 4v) "נעמי ן' זהרה ... רחוב שטרת רוטשילד בית עם עמודים לבן 84 טלפון ...").
