Summary:
Manuscript treatise on geomancery, showing the sixteen geomantic figures and their names in Judeo-Arabic ("אלו הן שש עשרה נקודות"; f. 1r) followed by a description of each of the signs and their corresponding elements (f. 1v-7v), remedies and uses of geomantic signs (f. 8r-14v) and additional material including angelic discourse and astrology; the manuscript ends mid-text (f. 25r). Written in a Sephardic semicursive script (text) and a Sephardic square script (captions and titles); catchwords and plosive marks. Item with a manuscript leaf of a cabalistic gematria number chart left in (Yemen, early 19th century).
