- Biography/History:
- Cheryl Abbate is an assistant professor of philosophy at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She has published over30 academic pieces on animal ethics, including "People and Their Animal Companions" (Philosophical Studies), "Valuing Animals As They Are" (European Journal of Philosophy), and "Meat Eating and Moral Responsibility" (Utilitas). Christopher Bobier is an assistant professor of philosophy and the associate director of the Hendrickson Institute for Ethical Leadership at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. His work has been published in theJournal of Agricultural and Environmental Ethics, Zeitschrift f|r Ethik und Moralphilosophie, Pacific Philosophical Quarterly, Analysis, and Conservation Biology.
