- "This book was created after more than two years of compiling material, transcribing texts, digitizing images, doing research and chronologically putting together passages of the rich interwoven history of an artist and his State, since I cannot imagine a Puebla without having received so many touches. magical works of this great artist and defender of cultural heritage. The daily work of my father, Fernando Ramírez Osorio, as a painter and as a defender of culture, earned him as many applause as enemies. We are not talking about any enemy, but about people who were at the top of power, without scruples and without the necessary culture that would allow them to react positively towards their people. From a very young age, Fernando Ramírez had two great concerns: that of art and that of the preservation of the cultural heritage of Puebla." (HKB Translation) --Page 9.
