Five copies of a folio edition of Pope Sixtus V's Motu proprio in favorem Collegiatae Sancti Antolini Metimnae Campi (1588) on leaves 2-5, 9-12, 15-18, 25-28, and 53-55 (the final, originally blank leaf of each copy retained) and one copy of a folio edition Pope Sixtus IV's Motu proprio creationis Collegiatae Sancti Antolini Methimnae Campi (1480; reprinted 1573) on leaves 20-23 of a manuscript volume of 92 leaves of notarial records of canon law proceedings in 1588 and 1589 concerning the Colegiata de San Antolín, Medina del Campo, Spain. Terminus post quem for imprint date range from Pérez Pastor, who gives 1573 for Motu proprio creationis Collegiatae Sancti Antolini Methimnae Campi, originally promulgated in 1480, with blanks in the framing text for the name of the certifying notary and the date of certification to be supplied. The Penn Libraries copy is dated in manuscript 5 June 1586[?]. Terminus ante quem for imprint date range from Motu proprio in favorem Collegiatae Sancti Antolini Metimnae Campi, dated at end 1588.
