Summary:
A report on President Trump's phone call to President Zelensky of Ukraine regarding a Democratic National Committee server, which ultimately led to his impeachment. After the 2016 election and Russian hack of DNC servers, U.S. intelligence agencies found the Russian government aided in Trump's win. When the DNC submitted a copy of the server data to the FBI, Trump attempted to discredit the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence's findings. The Republican-led Senate Intelligence Committee's report on Russian interference was approved unanimously. Trump continues to deny any Russian involvement in his victory; he has since referred to this as the "Russian Hoax.' Includes interviews with Ambassador Bill Taylor, who led the U.S. embassy in Ukraine; Andrea Kendall-Taylor, former deputy national intelligence officer and CIA Russia analyst; Senator Mark Warner, Democrat vice-chairman; and Robert Johnson, investigator of the DNC hack for CrowdStrike.
