- Notes:
- Extensive German notes appear at the bottom of some pages referring singers to location of other liturgical text and include guidance and instructions for the prayer leader.
- The prayer leadera provides guidance on when to stand, sit, and join in with the chorus and organ, while also offering textual accompaniment and participating with the congregation in the musical presentation throughout the service.
- Some of the texts include adaptations derived from the prayer book used for synagogue organs.
- "This Alt-part belongs to the officiial "Partitur" of the Jüdische Gemeinde Berlin. Music is with a few exceptions by Lewandowski" (ms. pencil on verso upper endpaper).
