- Summary:
- A report from Northern Iraq, where up to 125,000 Christians have been forced to flee from ISIS (ISIL) terrorist violence. Christian homes in Iraq's second largest city, Mosul, have been marked by ISIS with the Arabic letter 'N' for Nasara, an Islamic term for Christians, forcing its residents to either convert to Islam, pay an extortion tax, or be killed. Inhabitants of surrounding villages and towns across the region, known as the Nineveh Plains, have fled the area and are living as refugees in Erbil. Includes interviews with: Father Joseph Ibrahim, monk at Monastery of St. Matthew; Archbishop Nicodemus Sharaf, Archbishop of the Syriac Orthodox Church in Mosul; Issah Al Qurain (through translator), resident who had his house marked; and Archbishop Bashar Warda, Archbishop of Erbil. Also includes comments/footage of Brett Felton, an American veteran of the Iraq War and a man only identified as Khamis - both there to train and assist Christian volunteers.
