Summary:
Norman Marsh was interviewed in June 1984 at Clapham Common, London SW4, England. Norman was a member of the policy committee set up right after the "Appeal for Amnesty" was launched. He subsequently was a member of an inner circle of senior advisors, informally known as the "Godfathers," and later together with Tom Sargent took over management of the "Prisoners of Conscience Fund" from the original managers Peter Benenson and Neville Vincent.
