Contains a blurry memo of a revised draft of staff rules - comments of IEC members; conditions of service for staff of the International Secretariat; a letter from Dirk Borner to Hans Ehrenstrale concerning the draft staff rules; several signed versions of a 'For Answer' document for [redacted] which are signed presumably by members of the IEC - 'The IEC agreed that AI should act as joint agent, together with the National Council for Civil Liberties, for Pat Arrowsmith in her application to the European Commission of Human Rights alleging a violation of Article 10 of the European Convention on Human Rights by the government of the United Kingdom by virtue of her conviction and imprisonment under the Incitement to Disaffection Act 1934'; a few handwritten notes; a draft agenda for July 1975 meeting; several of the documents are annotated; a special project proposal for urgent reply for AI attendance at the Toronto Congress, September 1975; Directives concerning UNESCO's relations with International Non-Governmental Organizations reprinted from the Resolutions of the General Conference; this is accompanied by indications of approval from IEC members.
