- Biography/History:
- Ming Xie is Assistant Professor at West Texas A&M University. Ming earned her PhD in Public Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and another PhD in Cultural Anthropology from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. She is particularly interested in nonprofit organization management and communication and emergency management. Chin-Chung Chao is Professor of Communication at University of Nebraska at Omaha. Her primary research interests span conflict management, leadership, intercultural communication, organizational communication, and media communication. She has written twopublished books, twenty peer-reviewed articles, and ten book chapters. Her research has won multiple awards.
