"One hundred and fifty copies of this book have been designed by Simon Rendall and printed at the Stamperia Valdonega, Verona using Magnani mould-made paper and Monotype Dante and bound by Mario Rigoldi, Monza. The nine separate illustrations have been printed from the original blocks by Ian Mortimer and Griffith Davies at I M Imprimit, London. One hundred copies, numbered from 1 to 100, are being offered for sale, while the remaining fifty, numbered from I to L, are hors commerce."--Colophon.
