- "A book of eighteen fantasies - a diablerie: witches, satyrs, caricatures, incubi, succubi and divers torments. The drawings are carefully reproduced from copper line engravings on Fabriano paper of varied tints. The size of the page is identical with this prospectus. The sheets are hand-sewn into heavy Fabriano cover and inserted into a labeled slip case. The edition consists of five hundred copies: the price is twenty dollars. Ten copies with an extra suite of all the drawings on Japan Vellum, the colophon signed by the Artist are priced at fifty dollars."-- Insert laid inside.
