BAL describes 3 printings, the first comprising 3 "issues" (better described as states). In the first printing a passage was accidentally omitted (comprising, as corrected, page 325, line 17 to page 327, line 25); this abbreviated text ends on page 327, with the colophon on page [328]. In the second state the omission was corrected by canceling and replacing the last leaf with 3 leaves (a single leaf and a bifolium), the text now ending on page 329, with the colophon on page [330]; in the third state the text ends with a single 6-leaf gathering containing pages 321-329, colophon on page [330], and a final blank leaf. The entire text was reimposed for the second and third printings; in the third printing a number of isolated textual emendations were made in the electrotype plates.
