- 本书以近代慈善组织公信力为主题,首先从宏观方面研究近代慈善组织公信力的生成机制,其次以个案为例,从微观方面研究若干著名慈善组织构建公信力的举措及效果.近代慈善组织公信力的生成机制分内外两方面.内部机制主要指慈善组织的内部治理结构,信息公开和征信方式,外部机制主要是政府监督和社会监督.政府监督主要是制定相关法规,强制慈善组织立案或登记,对慈善组织进行行政监督和财产监督,社会监督主要是指社会各界利用媒体对慈善组织进行舆论监督.本书通过对若干慈善组织的个案研究,总结出评价近代慈善组织公信力的标准,即完备的章程,健全的组织结构,严格的财务制度,信息公开及时全面,慈善业绩突出,在政府部门立案,良好的社会评价等七个方面.
