- "This book has been designed and printed from hand set type by Thelma and John R. Evans at [The Little Press of Este Es] now situate at Este Es ... near Parker, Colorado. The paper is Corinthian text. The type ... is Goudy Mediaeval ... cast on special order by John S. Carroll ... The illustrations are by Jeanne Pilk. Of this edition, one hundred copies have been completed for private distribution in August 1966"--Colophon.
