- Summary:
- In December 1941, when the Pacific War broke out, Japan attacked Pearl Harbor, and the United States, which was reluctant to directly participate in the war, joined the war. Just a few hours later, Hong Kong, a British colony at the time, was also attacked by the Japanese army. The attack lasted 18 days. The vibrant scene in Hong Kong suddenly turned into a bloody storm, and this outpost of the British Empire finally fell.
