Summary:
A pair of wooden butter paddles with parallel grooves cut into face. One handle is rounded while the other comes to a soft point.
Notes:
1860s Hunterfly Road House, 1704 Bergen Street. Butter paddles were used to work the remaining liquid out of the butter once it is removed from the butter churn. Butter being worked was usually placed in a wooden bowl.
