- Leaves [14]1-[14]3 and [14]6-[14]8 (that is, folios [105]-[107] and [110]-[112]), printed on parchment, from Pentateuch with Megillot and Haftarot (Híjar: Eliezer ben Abraham Alantansi, 1487-1488?). These leaves were first identified by Alexander Marx (letter, Joseph Reider to Alexander Marx, February 10, 1932, housed in the Library at Katz Center for Advanced Judaic Studies files).

- Title devised by cataloger from content.
- Parchment quarto, printed in double columns (the edition primarily printed thus). Leaf [14]1r: leaf size: 242 x 185 mm; 27 lines to a full column; area of text: 180 x 131 mm; column width: 59 mm. "Signatures: numbering of the bifolia in the first quire only"--Iakerson. The edition is without foliation or catchwords. Rubrication not called for.
- "Examination of the [National Library of Israel] paper copy proves that this is a quarto (4ᵒ) edition"—Iakerson, giving collation: [1]-[16]⁸ [17]⁶ [18]-[24]⁸. (The Needham Calculator suggests Super-Median or Royal quarto paper.)

- The edition contains woodcut borders, initials, and decorative elements; woodcut printer's device (A. Yaari, Hebrew printers' marks, 3) on leaves [17]5v and [24]8v (that is, folios [133]v and [190]v). See Iakerson.
