Summary:
Filmed between 7 and 9 June 1997. The team travels to Sanday after some school children wrote to them saying they thought a local mound had Viking origins. The team is joined by Olwyn Owen from Historic Scotland, and Steve Dockrill and Julie Bond from the University of Bradford. Viking enthusiast Keith Prosser is challenged to make a 9th century bone comb.
