En esta obra se concentra, de forma sintetizada, la información sobre la Constitución Política de Chiapas. Está destinada al mejor conocimiento del texto constitucional de este estado: los derechos que en lo individual y en lo colectivo corresponden a los ciudadanos, así como de las obligaciones que les impone la convivencia social pacífica.
