- Two sheets pasted to folded board. One is a hand drawn map of Philadelphia's 10th Ward, boundaries of divisions, dated 1874. The other is a form explaining that a Citizens' Relief Committee to assist the poor and unemployed of the ward has been formed, listing members in print and manuscript, and requesting contributions. Members include J. F. Keen, J. S. Helfenstein, John O. James, John M. Kennedy, Edwin Hall, Hon. W. S. Pierce, John Lucas, W. C. Houston, Adam Matsinger, J. Raymond Claghorn, Wm. Runk, Thos. A.
