Summary:
Meet the skilled specialist operators of West Mid's Technical Rescue Unit, responsible for some of the trickier and more demanding jobs the fire brigade are sent to. The Tech Rescue team here face a sheer 100-foot drop to rescue a very big dog from the bottom of a ravine. Across the city, thick black smoke is reported pouring out of an industrial unit and over 30 firefighters - and four pumps - engines - head into unknown danger to face the flames. And Ward End fire station crew is called to a nasty road traffic collision where 19 years old Callum is falling in and out of consciousness.
