- Biography/History:
- Jorge A. Schiavon is Professor of International Relations at the Centro de Investigaci̤n y Docencia Econ̤micas (CIDE) and Visiting Professor at the Instituto Tecnol̤gico Auton̤mo de M̌xico (ITAM). His most recent books are Introducci̤n al Estudio de la Pol̕tica Exterior de M̌xico (1821-2021) (coauthored) and Comparative Paradiplomacy. Rafael Fernǹdez de Castro is a professor at UC San Diego's School of Global Policy and Strategy and Director of its Center for U.S.-Mexican Studies. His publications include Contemporary U.S.-Latin American Relations: Cooperation or Conflict in the 21st Century? (coedited) and The United States and Mexico: Between Partnership and Conflict (coauthored).
