Summary:
The works that are part of the book constitute a significant contribution from several points of view. Historically, they are a direct result of the Provincialización of 1953 (Between 1951 and 1953 all Argentine territories would be made into different provinces, with the exception of the islands of Tierra del Fuego and the South Atlantic); from the territorial-urban aspect, they are part of a unique integral operation in the national context; From the architectural aspect, they are good examples of adaptation to the particularities of the site, as well as for the prestige of their authors (Clorindo Testa, Mario Soto, Raúl Rivarola). It is necessary to incorporate the set of works to the heritage of the province, as well as the pertinent actions for its conservation. Buildings are a fundamental part of the history and identity of the communities to which they belong (Bonpland, Oberá, Apóstoles, Eldorado, El Soberbio, El Alcázar, entre otras), fulfilling a vital function in its beginnings and becoming poles of development.
