Summary:
Led by Marcelo Galindo, 9 artists came together to draw and assembled the art collective Geometría Pueblo Nuevo (G.P.N.). Sed de éxito (Thirst for success) is a graphic novel that accompanies the installation presented at the Venice Biennale 2022 in the pavilion of Argentina and where the artist Mónica Heller artwork poses a delirious fable in which issues such as class conflicts, union assemblies, revolution, feng shui, minced meat sculptures, the state of the art and of course the International Monetary Fund mix together. The graphic novel is not a creation of Mónica Heller, but of the collective Geometría Pueblo Nuevo, with whom Heller integrated her work with the creators Marcelo Galindo, María Guerrieri, Paula Castro, Mariana López, Constanza Giuliani, Clara Esborraz, Ariel Cusnir and Cotelito. In the texts that make it up, authors Bárbara Wapnarsky and Pablo Katchadjian actively collaborated.
