Summary:

It is necessary to understand and measure their mutual influence in order to achieve positive mutual links between tourism and the environment, developing theoretical models and applications, and analysing their economic and social sustainability. This book is a collection of papers addressing the interaction between tourism and the environment through several disciplines, a multidisciplinary perspective, and different theoretical and methodological approaches.
