Most of the typical international agricultural trade research evolves around traditional topics such as the impact of various trade policies including tariffs/taxes on the flow of agricultural trade among countries and on resulting agricultural prices, or the impacts of preferential, regional and global trade agreements on agricultural productivity and welfare implications of such measures on different interest groups.
