- Summary:
- In this issue of Videofashion, we revisit the disco days of Studio 54. In Paris this season designers were looking back to their own heyday for inspiration. At Louis Vuitton, Marc Jacobs took it short and snappy with just a touch of Gianni Versace glitz. Alexander McQueen's Greek goddesses channeled 80s maestro Azzedine Alaia. In his day, Loris Azzaro was the Halston of Paris - meet the designer behind the relaunched label! Viktor & Rolf literally turned fashion on its head this season when they went upside-down and back-to-front, with a Donna Summer soundtrack. In his second season at Emanuel Ungaro, Vincent Darre mines the 80's archive of the house. Also in this episode, Sophia Kokosalaki, plus Hussein Chalayan showed a white-hot collection that took the velvet ropes days literally!
