The film follows Tim as he meets with the engineers, physicists, and mechanics who will design and build the technology to take him into space and the medics and psychologists who will monitor his well-being once he's there. Featuring extracts from Tim's own video diary, this is a unique picture of an astronaut's life from pre-launch right through to life on board the station.
