- Summary:
- Gliding™ for Figure Skaters features a series of gliding-disc exercises and drills that allow for smooth, fluid, graceful off-ice movements without adding impact. In this workout, skaters practice exercises that simulate skating elements, work their cardiovascular systems, and increase the functional strength, endurance, and flexibility so necessary for figure skating. The workout can be performed in its entirety or by specific section and is safe for all levels of skaters.
