- New York City has the highest rate of disconnected youth in the country, with 1 in 5 young people out of work and out of school. Living in Limbo captures the daily struggles of disconnected young people through the life of one young mother from Sunset Park, Brooklyn. EVC youth producers weave her personal story together with expert interviews and recent research to explore the problem and possible solution to this epidemic that affects 200,000 16-25 year olds in New York City.
