Summary:
Working within the privacy of a partitioned area, Laing interviews a young homeless woman diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia. Her presenting complaint is that her brain does not work right and that people are out to get her. Laing demonstrates Existential Psychotherapy by relating to the client on a transpersonal level. During this time he does not focus on any particular topic but instead explores her theories of human conspiracy, the power of the mind and mind reading, issues of Christianity, and how these concepts relate to her family issues. Laing and this woman then walk to the stage and respond to questions from the audience.
