Summary:
The "art" of exercise selection has expanded, in recent years, beyond being based merely on personal choices and the cultural influences of the aesthetic value of exercise. Lower-Body Functional Training examines why it's important to have a sense of purpose for exercise selection and how functional exercises cross over to enhance the activities of daily living. The video features a progressive functional continuum for exercising the lower body. The video is designed to be a training tool that is applicable for both group-exercise instructors and personal trainers.
