- The Use of Clinical Prediction Rules in the Treatment of the Cervical, Thoracic, and Lumbar Spine: A Manual Therapy Approach describes CPR's designed to guide treatment options for the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine. It will also address the interrelationship of the thoracic and cervical spines in evaluation and treatment. Manual therapy techniques such as mobilizations, manipulations, SNAGS, muscle energy, and myofascial release will be addressed to decrease pain, restore spinal motion, and increase myofascial mobility. Also exercise programs to maintain gains after manual therapy will be taught.
