Summary:
Le Van Phuc was a Vietnamese revolutionary associated with Nguyen Thi Dinh in the 1960 General Uprising. He describes preparations for the uprising, which began on January 17th with a Vietnamese draftee in Dinh Thuy shooting his post commander. He says he helped establish a guerrilla force using stolen arms and says he hoped the General Uprising would unseat the Ngo Dinh Diem regime, which he considered repressive. Le Van Phuc goes on to describe in detail the qualities of their revolutionary leader Nguyen Thi Dinh.
