- Holidaymakers' perception of a holiday rep is often a young woman who does a few hours work a day and spends the rest of the time lolling by the pool, being chatted up by the locals. Nothing could be further from the truth. A rep works long hours, puts up with much abuse from clients whilst trying unbelievably hard to ensure her holidaymakers have a good time. This film, set in Crete, shows the rep's untiring and humourous attempts to achieve this.
